Ingredients: For the Dough: 1/2 cup whole milk 2 tsp instant dry yeast 2 Tbsp granulated sugar 1 egg 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted 1 tsp Pacific Blue Kosher Sea Salt 2 cups all-purpose flour For the Honey Caramel Sauce: 3/4 cup Orange Blossom Honey 1/4 cup heavy cream 1 Tbsp unsalted butter 1 Tbsp Amaretto (optional) For the Filling: 1/3 cup almond butter 1/3 cup granulated sugar 1 tsp Sugar and Spice Blend 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Dash of Pacific Blue Kosher Sea Salt Directions: For the Dough: Warm the milk to 100°F in a glass measuring cup.
