Marisa Bloch Gaytan

General Manager of Pasolivo

Marisa’s passion for gourmet food and healthy living started early with her work in the hospitality industry and working with vineyards along the California Central Coast. She joined Pasolivo in 2012 and has held multiple roles in the company including marketing, managing retail operations, and club & events manager. She currently oversees all operations for the company and directs her team towards creating the brand’s amazing customer experience. In addition to being the General Manager, Marisa is a Level Two Olive Oil Sommelier and the master blender for Pasolivo, responsible for creating the company’s award-winning olive oil blends. Marisa holds an MBA from Brandman University, specializing in Organizational Leadership, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
